The Jesus And Mary Chain and The Psychedelic Furs Announce UK Co-Headline Tour

The Jesus And Mary Chain and The Psychedelic Furs are bringing their co-headline bill to the UK for the first time, with eight dates announced across England and Scotland in January 2027.

The run begins at Leeds O2 Academy on 19 January before heading to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Brighton, finishing at London’s British Airways ARC on 29 January. The two bands previously shared a co-headline run across North America in 2024, but this marks their first joint UK tour.

The pairing brings together two defining strands of British alternative music. The Jesus And Mary Chain emerged from Scotland in the 1980s with their collision of feedback, noise and melody, while The Psychedelic Furs came out of London’s post-punk scene in the late 1970s. Both have continued to tour and release music decades into their careers.

Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST on Friday 25 September, with presales taking place ahead of the general sale. (Ticketmaster UK)
