Royal Blood Release “Dead Company”
Royal Blood have released “Dead Company”, the title track from their upcoming fifth studio album.

The track arrived today, with an official video set to follow. It was also selected as Jack Saunders’ Hottest Record on BBC Radio 1.
“Dead Company” is the opening track on the 10-song album, which follows 2023’s Back To The Water Below. The record was written and recorded after Mike Kerr and Ben Thatcher returned to the studio in 2025, with the duo self-producing the album.
Royal Blood have described the new record as being written with the stage in mind, following a period away from touring. The band returned to live shows earlier this year, including a surprise appearance at Reading Festival.
For Kerr, the title track is about the effect music can have on both the body and mind, and how a song can change your perception and mood.
Dead Company is currently scheduled for release on 6 November via Warner Records.
The album will be followed by a UK headline run beginning in Bristol on 24 November, with dates in Newcastle, Manchester, Glasgow, Wolverhampton and Brighton. Their planned 3 December London show at Olympia was cancelled after the venue announced that its December Grand Hall concerts could not proceed because of planning and operational issues.
“Dead Company” gives another look at the record Royal Blood have been building towards since their return this year, with the full album arriving next month.
