Christine and the Queens Releases Two Versions of New Single Ahead of 2027 Album
Christine and the Queens has returned with two new tracks, releasing “Rendez-vous avec toi” alongside its English-language counterpart, “Rendez-vous in your arms”.
The two versions mark the first preview of a forthcoming, currently untitled album expected in spring 2027, giving listeners an early indication of what is next for the French artist.
Both tracks arrive with accompanying music videos, co-directed by Chris and Raphaël De Albuquerque, with choreography by Alexander Ekman.
Rather than simply translating the original recording, the release presents the song in two languages, placing both versions at the centre of the new project.
The release follows 2025’s Catching Feelings, an EP created in collaboration with electronic music pioneer Cerrone, and Hopecore, released in 2024 under the name Rahim Redcar.
The forthcoming record will be the first new full-length project under the Christine and the Queens name since 2023’s PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE.
With the album still untitled and further details yet to emerge, these two releases offer the first indication of where Chris is taking the project next.
